Make an effort and try to overcome weaknesses that you can overcome.

Accept the weaknesses even if you make an effort , it will not be possible to overcome.

It’s very difficult to do that, though.

努力してなんとかなりそうな弱点は努力してみること。

努力してもどうにもなりそうにないことは、受け入れること。

そうするのは、とても難しいけどね。
